⚠ Discord Direct Messages Must Be Allowed

The TLD bot sends your new temporary password privately to the Discord account linked to your Community Hub account. The bot cannot deliver it when direct messages are blocked.

  1. Open Discord and select The Last District server.
  2. Right-click the server icon or open the server name menu, then choose Privacy Settings.
  3. Enable Direct Messages or Allow direct messages from server members.
  4. Make sure you have not blocked the TLD bot.
  5. Keep Discord open after submitting this form and check your Message Requests or Spam folder if the DM does not appear immediately.

Do not continue until the bot is allowed to message you.
